Hi. My son and I made a purchase from the Mackay store on Saturday 9 Nov, 2019. The young lady who served us was so helpful and obliging, it was refreshing to see. The name of the sales assistant was 'Chutima' that's what it said on the receipt. Unfortunately, these days, customer service has gone out the window, so it was really nice to be served by somebody who knew what they were talking about and who was very good at her job. So thank you Chutima! We will certainly be coming back to buy clothes off you!
We were assisted by Arielle! Exceptional customer service she was extremely helpful and very friendly. Extensive selection of dresses. Very happy customer. We'll be back!
Caitlen is super helpful and wonderful to deal with, the prices are good and selection is great! I'll definitely be shopping here again!
