Tarneit Family Medical and Dental Centre is an accredited practice located within the busy residential area of Tarneit. Our services also reach the wider communities including the new housing estates of Tarneit, Truganina, Hoppers Crossing and Werribee. The practice was established in January 2011 and provides an extensive range of services.

Poor reception service, business hours from 9am call 4 times at 9 oclock and was transfers to voice bank 4 times, receptinist making up excuses putting me on hold. Not impressed.

Doctors are good but never see you at your appointment time. Always running behind.

The staff here are friendly and most of the visits I have had the doctor has run on time or early. It has happened more times than they have been late so very impressed.

Barbra at Reception is Awesome. Best receptionist in the west.. Dr Noor is very professional with lots of experience.

Very sad with the way Our baby Bub has been treated. We have been a regular visitor to this clinic over a year. Most of the doctors are fresh gp's with the exception  of dr kelly and noor zannat. So we were seeing dr noor. As she is the senior dr there most of the patients wanting to see her resulting waiting time for Atleast 30 minutes most of the times though we take appointment. Our Bub was taken to her Atleast 5-7 times with the issue of poor feeding and also once for the 4month check up. Believe it or not she never checked his heartbeat except the last time and she couldn't figure out what's wrong with him . Last Friday he has been diagnosed with VEntricular septal defect(hole in heart). Which most of the doctors could have diAgonosed if they put the steth and listen to the heart beat. We went to Royal children's hospital emergency and the nurse at the emergency listened to his heart and we saw the dr within 5 minutes though there was huge queue at RCH emergency. A nurse could figure out which dr noor never did. She talks nicely and impress you most of the times. And on some occasions I felt she wanted to push us out as there were long queue of patients waiting outside. I am pretty sure she will have some KPI's and all and its business for them. But poor patients seeing dr with the hope of getting proper diagnosis.its sad when we treated this way.

Anyway this is my experience and I will never go back there. Hope this will help some people.stay away from this place if you can!!
