Very happy we went with Target. Estimate was thorough and competitive, scheduling and providing project details was easy. The actual painting came out great. The team clearly worked hard to ensure that the project stayed on schedule. We will definitely use Target again.
Well, our house got painted but we wish we had never hired them. As soon as they got our deposit they stopped responding to our questions. They never told us when they were going to start the job, they just randomly showed up one day to do the power wash, zero communication. Then we called and asked when the paint job would be and they gave us a date. Date came and went and nobody showed. Finally 3 days later they just showed up and started working on the house. Then one day they stopped coming and I guess that means they were done. No introductions to start, no final walk through to finish. Zero customer service. They didn’t put our gutter back on properly or scrape all the paint drips off our windows. Didn’t clean up after themselves. Finally two weeks later offered a final walk through when they were asking for payment. Yes the house is painted, no I would never recommend them.
