I was served the other day by a lovely girl in click & collect - Tamara. Some of the staff need a long vacation. Tamara was delightful to deal with happy & friendly - I mentioned on the way out to bag check lady clearly she didn’t care about positive feedback I wanted Tamara to be praised for a lovely shopping experience
Worst target ever! Order click and collect, given a 1 hr time. When i arrived to th store to pick up my order i was told it wasn't ready. Then was told the order was sent to another store even though they had stock i aske the to speak with the manager to see if we could resolve the issue. She was had the worst attitude and refused to help in any way just told me to call the online department.nSo i walked moved to the side to call and see if they could help me, meanwhile this rude manager within ear shot proceeded to talk to a co worker about me and laugh about the situation saying i was an idiot. It was extremely rude.nThe order was the cancelled before i could even speak to someone in the online department for absolutely no reason so i went back and asked if they still had stock for the item i wanted to purchase, which they did. I asked the rude manager if i could get one.nShe got it and scanned it, i tried to pay via card, it was declined, i tried again declined again. Yes i had more then enough money to purchase the item. This manager laughed and said to me well looks like you will have to get cash out then. She didn't offer to use a different machine as it could have been it.nSo i left target after all this and went over to jb hi fi to purchase my item. Same bank card no issues!nnWill not return to this target again. Worst customer service!
Went in tonite to buy some toys the young fella who was helping us was fine nice and polite when we ask if we can goes thru some toys hotwheelson the trolley he said it was fine wasn’t making mess or anything all sudden a older lady came around being really rude and unprofessional, telling us off for touching the one crate I was looking at and telling the young worker off too in front of us and my daughter, poor kid was only trying to help us by getting some stock around the back that we needed and she full stop it and had a hissy fit about bringing it out to a customer,nI don’t know what kind of people she deal with today by what I can see she shouldn’t work in customer service sort of job if she can’t handle it
for the first time visited this store on 16th May, was assisted by Merry who was so exceptionally sweet and her customer service with helping me find an item was outstanding! made me smile, thank you
shoutout to the sweetest worker, Tamara who greeted me on Monday night. 29/1. such a gem and delight!! thank you for your hard work!
