If i could give zero stars I would. I went in the shop looking at purchasing at first was having a good chat with the older fella working there , but then i was looking at an item on the counter and he said can you move over we have real customers paying, rude. Working in retail every customer is an opportunity, I was going to come back and buy some things but with that attidude no way. I like to do research on things before i purchase just watch/read reviews and while doing that i found the products somewhere else $10 cheaper and with better service. First time visit and last time visit. 10/10 would not recommend.

This shop will never see me ever again. Being new in the country and new in town I didn’t know what everything on the school list was. The salesman was very reluctant to help me until he saw the amount that I had to pay. Then he was super friendly and helpful. Afterwards we realised I made a mistake and I wanted to return the items. My husband phoned and even spoke to the owner, not understanding and only offering store credit. We want a refund but they would not hear about our situation or try to meet us halfway. I felt unwelcome in the store and now that they’ve got my money they care even less. Be warned and don’t shop here!

Went in today to send a parcel. Was told Waiheke was not in the North Island hence the price even though i had Auckland on the address, he said but its an island.  Found the staff to he rude and clearly not customer service oriented at all. They also dont supply a wee bit if tape for the box where other stores do. Unfortunately already had paid for the courier otherwise I would have sent it through the Westown postshop. My business will now be going elsewhere. Fingers crossed the parcel actually gets to its destination.

Great friendly service. Staff are professional. They deliver, in most cases on the same day. Pricing is very competitive. They offer a lot more than you think.

I went to this store to send a small package and was in need of tape and was truly insulted to learn that they would charge me for the privilege to tape my box. Sincerely Disappointed.

I bought a product from the shop in the Richmond Centre in New Plymouth. When I went to pay I asked if they had payWave and was told yes - nothing else. When I saw the amount 55cents was added onto the total. I asked what the charge was and was told “that is what the bank charge us”. This is really bad customer service and I should have been told BEFORE the transaction that I would be charged - I would have been just as happy paying by eftpos! I will be going to Warehouse Stationary from now on!

Brought an item online,had a problem and wanted a refund within a couple hours of the purchase. Was told no. and still waiting for my parcel. Bad buniness practice and not trustworthy..buyer beware!

My friend and I had a very unpleasantexperience on Wednesday 28/04 at ca. 12.45pm -1pm. My friend wanted to courier an item to the South Island with tracking and explained that to the guy who was serving us. After packing it up in a white courier bag he told her it would cost $32 to send it. We were both quite shocked by the price, so we asked why it was so much and he started repeating that that's the reason why "they" recommend the brown bags. He never recommended anything and when my friend asked why he didn't tell her the price difference before she bagged her item, he said "we like taking your money". I hope he was joking but given the situation, it was quite an inappropriate comment, especially as we were both upset already. We would have complaint at the time, but had to get back to work and were running late because of the whole situation. Your employee with the beard who served us needs more customer service training. Super unprofessional behaviour.

I sent an overnight courier through your shop and paid $22 as it was urgent on 16th of Dec. When I check on Monday it is still in new Plymouth at NZ post. Somebody from your shop put the wrong address and when I call at your shop. Some guy just keep telling me that I need to ring NZ post when I call them NZ post say that it is a mistake at your end because you guys put the wrong address. Not just this when I called you instead of taking the responsibility for it you choose to ignore it.. I won't recommend any one to go though you for sure.

I've been using these guys for 4 years.  Great service, will always get stuff in if need be.  Hard to beat their pricing - and the staff are friendly and helpful.
