Personaly have no prior experience with this sort of therapy bit after yesterday my wife and I are definitely returning for more. We have a 30min soak followed with a 1 hour therapeutic massage. The private pool was Devine. After having a full on month of  working 50+ hours a week,upon entering the the water temp set was low I honestly fell so light, I had a splitting migrain and within seconds it disappeared. I almost fell asleep. After leaving the pool I feel so light, later had a massage and boy did I feel good. Overall I'd high recommend these awesome people. It honestly is money well spent and worth investing yourself. Wealth is health.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Have been a customer for many years since I moved to Taranaki. Lovely team, lovely owners. What a delightful treat to have a mineral pool. And what a kind gift to get a voucher for others. I have also tried the infrared sauna a long time back. That was awesome. We are pretty lucky to have a place like this in New Plymouth. I believe it's very healing to treat yourself to a pool and the nutritious water. Fantastic local business. Thank you team Taranaki Thermal Spa.

My partner and I love going here every few months for a private pool. The spa is also amazing with gorgeous treatments- I got the Manuka facial. Make sure you buy some of the pure alkaline drinking water. So good for you!

Easy to make a booking, the response to emails were generally fast. I booked the “Just us” package for 1pm on a Saturday, June 18th. The environment is relaxing and the private spas are really warm and are perfect especially during winter. The staff are helpful, especially explaining to us, who were first time visitors. I definitely recommend and I will definitely be coming back!

Could do with an upgrade, hasn’t  changed for years. Noise has always been a problem. Be it inconsiderate people or cleaners. Staff usually always friendly. Seems like this place needs some competition so it lifts its game…..owner seems rude in her responses to other feedback.

Awesome lovely place to relax will do many times again
