Excellent variety of food. Our favourite was the sushi train. So many beautiful creations ready to gobbled up. Salmon nigiri, tuna rolls, chicken katsu sushi and many more. Lots of other dishes available from laksa, fried rice to western food. Great place to meet friends as so many different cuisine options are accessible.
We enjoyed a great variety of Sushi train options along with a delicious Miso soup and Calamari very much recommended staff were cheerful and prices were reasonableFood: 5/5
Ordered some sushi rolls and sashimi for pick up. Food was alright but had to wait 15mins more in the restaurant. They were prioritising delivery orders first. I would recommend to get it delivered unless you have some time and are not in rush.
Minh was the perfect host, greeting us when we entered and guiding us to a nice table to enjoy the amazing delicacies on offer on the sushi train. Everything we selected was full of flavor. Also has pickled radish on offer on the table to refresh the taste buds for the next dish. For desert it is best to choose from the delicious items on offer in the cabinet.
They have a sushi train, but not a lot of varieties. We ordered their signature dishes : Crazy Crab rolls and Surf No Turf rolls, not as good as what they look.
Went to the Melville Tao Cafe on the 2 May and that was 5 stars. Boy was that really good sushi and a lot of different variety. Went to the Victoria Park one today and the sushi variety was a lot less and had to order from the menu as the ones that I did like never went on the sushi train. Plus the sushi rice was not made perfectly. Maybe be best to stick with the Melville store as had a better experience there then the Vic Park store.
Big suspicious place, great for large group, friendly staff, the food is fast or if you want it more quicker just grab from the sushi train. So far that I know, this is the only place that served sushi without rice. All the sushi are yummy and worth to try, only yesterday when we tried this volcano sushi for the 1st time we don't really like it though as curry and sushi just not a right match for us, overall it's great
Good atmosphere to be, great for groups, families and even couples. Kids love the sushi train especially when it comes to desserts. They serve not only sushi but other Asian food. Plenty to choose from despite some hits and misses when it comes to taste but overall experience is great. Located next to IGA,this place is quite spacious. Service is good and food is reasonably priced.
Our host from the Philippines was wonderful but the Sushi train experience was way below average because of the absolute lack of variety and the low quality of the rolls. We ended up ordering the sushi we wanted that also took a very long time to be delivered. Final result: A very disappointed family of 6 members.Dietary restrictions accommodatedNot sure
Food is below average. Slow staff attention need more floor staff. Sushi train is very limited on what they can offer. They tried to provide 3 different cuisines Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai and none of them stands out.
