First time here and very impressed. Lovely staff, great serving size and quality of food in a very nicely priced family deal. Free slushies and games for the kids was the icing on the cake. Finally found a good local in the area.

Went to pick up order, paid and waited in the shop but after a long wait was told my order was sitting waiting going cold, and they wanted me to pay again!! They weren't even busy only two customers besides me

we went to this shop in December, during the week. We were going out, gave ourselves lots of time, gave our order, waited in the shop with 2 little kids for 40 minutes before receiving our food, the chips were barely edible when it came and we had to rush the meal-- never go there again.

Visited Winthrop location, staff are friendly and helpful, shop is immaculate. The fish & chips were divine, loved the cous cous salad too. Also appreciate their values of sustainability. Very busy so best to order in advance.
