Poor experience - from customer service from an unhappy employee with no hi or thank you. Drove here because I’ve had a rubbish experience at tank takanini, this is just as bad or worse Watered down juice for $10.50 - don’t get too excited ordering here.
Always come here. This time so disappointing! Salad leaf were yellow and some of the leaves were rotten. Stick smell. Gross. Worst experience ever at tank! Look at that giant fly ! I bet the fly has enjoyed the food
This will be an unpleasant review. I visited the Manukau Mall Tank late afternoon 27/11/22 at 4:55 pm. I waited in line for 20 minutes, and during that time, I sensed that other customers who had been served and been there before me looked unhappy as they should be. I was disgusted by the behaviour of the staff. Tell me why your customers are waiting more than 20 minutes while 5 of you were chatting, giggling and smirking at us like we are keeping you waiting—no sense of urgency and appalling customer service. After asking who was in charge, the guy with long dark blonde hair stood there, telling me he didn’t know who was in charge. After asking for a refund, they stood there stalling as if they weren’t aware of their own policies. Train your staff because the cheeky smirks and entitled behaviours aren’t it. Best believe the majority of us asked for our refunds. Never will coming here ever again.
I got a guac greens salad here - it was so oily and the red onion wasn't washed, so it had this very strong and over powering flavour. Like eye watering kind. Not enjoyable. The real issue here is though there were 3 staff here, it still took 15min to prepare the salad. I have a receipt with 8:50pm on it; and I got the salad at 9:05pm. So I'm not exaggerating the time it took. The staff were so friendly and the food here looked great on the menu. I wish I could give it 5 starts, but after my experience, I cannot recommend here.
They tend to run out of ingredients a lot.... However, their drinks seem to have 75% apples and less of other ingredients that makes up your drink.
I ordered vegan almond satay chicken and they gave me classic Caesar, me thinking it’s vegan meat and had a bite and I realised it’s the wrong salad, very upset couz I can’t meat on particular days
Wish i could give a -100 star review. Asian lady is a cow, rude as. The smell of all the dirty jugs is foul
We bought a extreme c tank and a vegetable kingdom, I have been ordering the vegetable kingdom for years now it’s my go to, this is was first time I ordered at this specific tank. I was so disappointed at the customer service and the juices. The vegetable kingdom was sour and very sweet, for sure had tons of orange which is not one of the ingredients in the juice. I went back after taking the first sip and the lady was very rude and just walked away.
Not very friendly staff. Long queue. Tank closed for lunch as both workers take the same lunch break. Wouldn't it be better to stagger the lunch break so that one person serves while her colleague goes on break?
I ordered one large carribien. They gave me without filling the cup which means almost medium size. I was watching this and mentioned that to them. The lady was very angry at me. They did it two times now. Poor service. Worst tank station
