I like the atmosphere and kind staff innthis store - but same as in most Tanks, the self-service order is a nightmare! Can I please interact with real people? On top of the lack of personality, the touch screen menue is not good and difficult to navigate.
Absolutely love tank! But every time I go to pick my order up, no staff acknowledges for at least 5mins of me standing there. This time I ordered two tanks through the app, and both of which haven't been blended properly & we're getting chunky bits of powder coming through our straws. I'm not very satisfied with the ongoing poor customer service and these two tanks.
Customer service is horrible, there was a big line at the kiosk and one of the workers was just standing around staring at us, not servicing anyone. Rude.
Placed an app order, went to pick it up but the service was so rude and everything was a hassle to them. I see from reviews this is extremly common here yet obviously nothing has been done by management to fix the issues and remove staff that obviously dont want to be there.
try Called so many times and never answer the phone calls. not just 1 time other days never answer the calls. I have something concern about my order online and need to update my order. once I let the staff know that I try to call so many times. The staff look at the phone nothing wrong with the phone. I believe that they not put the value up and try to avoid to answer the call.I suggest you shouldnt have the phone number on the website or just throw your phone in the bin instead. useless staff.
We love this branch my wife and I always come here as we have been to tank all over the country and this is our favourite, we always try to come when the manager Payol is there. I think this is her name. She always makes our drinks perfectly. Its been a godsend since I've had my surgery. Can't wait to be able to walk then i can get a drink when ever I want to
Good food but the staff this year are useless. Had to wait nearly half an hour for my food and there was only 5 other people in the store. Staff were just cruising along at snail pace....
It seems some workers don't know how to make a tropical tank ordered a tropical tank and it tasted nothing like the tropical tank and I always order this flavour!!!. I like the African girl it seems to me shes the only one who knows how to make the tropical tank so ill only be coming here if I see she is on . Good attempt though whoever just made my tropical tank but please practice more . Actually I was just being nice about the good attempt part .
Thank you for your yummy smoothie drinks! And great customer service, last night I was served by Payal who prepared my order very quickly. I’ve been here when it’s been quite busy but the lovely staff still manage to get my order ready in a reasonable time. Keep up the great work, so glad you’re in our Town.
Bad customer service skills was waiting there for my order young girls didn't know what she was doing couldn't even make a wrap management and staff need to be removed
