Waited 9 minutes with only one customer to do before mine. No where near as flavourful as when I get this particular flavour literally anywhere else. Staff slow and both took off from the counter awol to deliver a drink by the looks for over half the time I stood waiting. The whole place looked messy and chaotic.
I am normally a fan of Tank but this store has got really bad recently. Only smoothies available now for 2 months no salads or wraps. Today only large or mini size drinks too no medium. Told the owner isn't bothered about the store as she is more interested in the porirua as well. I feel sorry for the staff who are friendly. Such a shame.
The staff are slow and on their own time. Very rarely do they sell salads & when they do not all ingredients are available. Not sure whose running this show but there is definite room for improvement.
Three people behind the counter, only one making drinks and if he was going any slower he would be going backwards! 20 minute wait and there was only 2 people ahead of me. Will never order from here again.
Salad is expensive and smothies are unbelievably sweet. A smile, hello, eye contact or thanks would go a long way towards the beginning of customer service
AMAZING, top tier service! The workers here are so nice, super fast, I love coming to coastlands for my tank fix.
The girls were great, top customer service, lovely juice and they gave me great directions to some local shops
Got a full and half health nut protein from here today. Was very disappointed in the lack of flavor and portion size, we normally go to the one in Porirua and they fill the cups to the brim.
The customer service has been exceptional at this particular Tank Joint especially because of the person serving. Mr.Anil is prompt and very warm which makes him a people’s person. Excellent hygiene and quality maintained. I wouldn’t think twice before coming here and recommending this joint to all my friends and acquaintances.
Nice and refreshing juices... clean and tidy.. well maintained sitting arrangements and friendly staff..
