We enjoyed the full package of massage, spa and lunch. The experience was amazing. We enjoyed every aspect of the day and the staff and atmosphere was unmatched. I will be recommending the Tank Bathhouse to everyone and will certainly be back again!
We had a lovely morning of the baths, steamnRoom and sauna. We enjoyed it. Lockers come with towel and water. Showers are lovely with amnities.nDrinks are good and pool service.nWell thought out place! We did not dine this time but maybe next time :-nFelt relaxed after.nIs a little expensive but worth it!
This place was relaxing & has fantastic potential.nOn arrival the lady who served us wasn’t that friendly.nThe baths were fantastic and well kept.nThe sauna was great however the chat amoung ourselves and other guests we hadn’t met before, we were concerned with how slippery the steam room is. Recommend to put in a long slip mat to mitigate any falls that if not busy, would go unnoticed due to no visuals from outside with the steam.nThe massage and facial was great, the staff were very friendly and highly recommended. Had a facial but no questions on my skin were asked - potentially a form here?nnFor the price point we would expect a little more attention to detail, tea pots or at least a jug of water post treatment and maybe fill your own cup stations with water rather than the one bottle on arrival & then purchasing more.nnThere is nothing in the bathrooms, no moisturiser ect after sitting in a hot bath for an hour, previous places I’ve been to have great bathrooms, for lower costings.nnOn leaving the same lady seemed rude and proceeded to tell us lots of people called in sick. Whilst yes this is a hinderance for the company, we collectively paid over $1000.00 to be there for two hours & would expect a little more of a friendly service. Recommend tracking group payment tabs in a more efficient way.nnWas a great try once, but I think for the price point and what you get we won’t be returning.
We booked the all day package. The day was perfect! Starting with the cruise, delicious lunch, relaxing in the spas, a divine massage and a cocktail on the river to complete the day. Staff were wonderful, attentive and eager to make the day unforgettable. I cannot recommend Tank highly enough.nThank you for an absolutely fantastic day and we will definitely be coming back.
Loved our 3hrs at Tank! Yummy GF Tapas, gorgeous setting, staff very helpful, clean, fabulous ambiance. Thank you Tank!
