This is the best crispy chicken I had. Always very fresh and super tasty. The pork chop is highly recommended too and they have the best coconut juice to complement a simple but perfect tasty lunch or dinner.
Bustling place, was packed when we went there last night. Had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated. Highlight of this restaurant is perhaps their fried chicken, it was served with a generous portion of sweet chilli sauce. We also ordered Rare Beef Pho, was not very impressed with the taste as it was a bit sweet to my liking. It clearly lacked a bit of salt. Would I go there again? Perhaps not. Best crispy chicken and egg noodles I’ve ever tried! It instantly became one of my comfort foods. The portion is very generous as well. Must try!
A friend of mine had a craving for Crispy Chicken so we went. Obviously on a rainy day, the place was packed and the line was long. The chicken surely was crispy and deserved the name and wait! However the noodle soup did not meet my expectations. I generally avoid foods that you can immediately taste MSG, and I think there was plenty in the soup.
Very popular Vietnamese joint in Eastwood. Famous for fried chicken dishes. Tried the pork today and it was not as good as the chicken. Stick with the chicken.
Probably one of the better pho’s in the area. Long queues at peak hours. Service had also started to become meh - everyone somewhat felt a little melancholy. Price had also gone up fair enough but protein portions had also been cut which isn’t great. Had the rare beef and beef ball pho $17.9 and pork chop with broken rice $16.9. Still taste the same as it did a couple of years ago which is a good thing.
A symphony of Crispy skin Fried chicken with juicy flesh dipped in refreshing tang of sauce accoumppanied by the fried garlic topping “al dante” egg noodles filled with crispy lettuce finished by the beef soup and hot tea. Perfection at play
No greeting or acknowledgement, had to wait an unnecessarily long time for service despite restaurant not being busy & when we finally got our pho, there was a fly in it. Got it replaced but very reluctantly… and the replacement pho noodles were all broken and difficult to eat. Pho itself isn’t bad but the overall experience was disappointing.
We have the crispy chicken with flat egg noodle and deluxe pork chop with broken rice. The crispy chicken is a MUST!!! Juicy and crispy. Flat egg noodles meepok was well seasoned and love it with cooked bean sprouts. The rice was kinda dry and hard. Pork chop was okay. Overall, a good lunch at Eastwood.
This place is good and famous for their crispy chicken. I think it’s not as crispy and tasty as the other stores but it’s good enough for Eastwood so you don’t have to drive all the way to cabramatta. I recommend getting it with drop noodles instead of the usual rice or egg noodles.Recommended dishesCrispy Skin Chicken Noodle Soup
