If I could give it a zero star or a negative I would. I thought I'd try it with the new packaging as it stood out but honestly it is horrible. I bought Gruyere and Parmesan cheese. Gruyere is tasteless. Wrong texture it is very soft and rubbery and is a total waste of money. Wish I had read reviews first. I don't even think I'll try the parmesan and just take it back for a refund. Never buy it again is what I'd say. Useless.
Talbot Forest is my go to for any social situation. It peers brilliantly with a hoppy IPA, as well as having some of the most eye-catching packaging in the market. A real show-stopper!
Talbot Forest Cheese was an awesome product until it was taken over by synlait foods that have no idea what the hell they are doing. They definitely destroyed a really good product aswell well as making 80 people redundant. The original owner knew what he was doing. Keeping people working & the township benefited from him. Disgusting how synlait foods destroyed a good product
Writing negative reviews is not my thing however I had to write a review on your Parmesan cheese. It is truly aweful. I would not call that Parmesan or 'like Parmesan' or 'Parmesan like'. Tasteless and rubbery like fake cheese. The Gruyère is not up to standard either.

Their Gruyere tastes of nothing, let alone real Gruyere. Really disappointing and potentially an infringement of tradings laws..
