Mostly friendly and helpful customer service staff. Finding a large push away Class room teaching to online which isn’t the best way to learn. Found the instructors very pleasant to deal with.
I recently applied for a diploma in nursing. I applied at the end of December 2022 I first spoke to a lovely girl at the reception office and she gave me the information and forms to fill out to bring back to submit for the course once completed. I brought the forms back on the Friday just before the Campus closed for the holidays and handed them into a woman named Kerrie I was under the impression that the forms would go where they needed to go as she assured me she would submit them. 2 months later I still had not heard anything about my application so I calles the campus to ask about the status of my application where I was told the there was no applications in my name on the system or having been submitted to the nursing team. I was disappointed I had to miss out on a course and apply for an upcoming one later on in the year where I completed my BKSB for the course and was given an email that I attended the administration office again to ask about and was served again by the same lady Kerrie to where she said the information on the email is incorrect as she is in charge of the BKSB for the campus and she would promptly follow up the email and get back to me about it... needless to say 4 days later and having heard nothing more about it I emailed her back to ask her if she had followed up the email and 2 months later I am still yet to receive a response. This is not a good show of communication and helpfulness from the staff at the campus especially for potential new students. I am currently worried about the status of my current application as I do not want to miss out again and have to wait... again.
We live in an Over 50's Lifestyle Resort and regularly attend the Restaurant 'Futures'. We have a Resort bus takes 12 and many residents also drive privately. All residents really enjoy the affordable meals and service provided by the students undertaking the hospitality course. Both food and service are excellent. Thank you Anthony and Petra for providing a valuable opportunity for both the students and the Toowoomba community.

The staff were lovely and helpful in person. Well worth dropping in and talking about what's on offer this year. Regarding Phone enquiries, I found personally the person I spoke too was less than helpful, thus the personal visit and it paid off
i did the beauty course here and it is horrible. no help at all from trish and she is careless and very rude . i would recommend going else where because i have waste my money on the cert 3 course. there has been multiple complaints about this course with nothing being done about it. we kept getting quizzes about stuff we haven’t learnt about and the whole course was messy and unorganised. they spent a good month on tinting then spent 2 days on doing eyelash extensions
Waste of time and money. Very high failure rate about 85% do not pass but you won't get refund. Too muchvtheory and not enough practice. Not enough teachers and the ones t they have vary from good to poor. Really investigate if you should just enrol at uni. This course does not produce enough grads to justify the money the government puts into it. Beware.
Horticulture department is excellent. You can buy plants the students make everything/propagate or germinate the plants and care for the lawns trees gardens and nursery plants that are for sale Single origin which is a big deal when it comes to healthy plants without virus or disease.
A very good TVET institute in Toowoomba. Serene environment, very well equipped for technical courses like welding, motor vehicle, ICT, Hairdressing, beauty, agriculture, childcare, elderly care. Graet industrial attachment linkages. Superb facilities, great staff great areas of competency offered here. International students well taken care of. Great. They make Great Happen.
The teachers pick on you the whole time.The teachers do not help you with anything and you don’t get given any information about the work you’re meant to be doing they lie about caring about your mental health
