I said I'd eat in but they still used up a paper bag. When reminded, they tipped out my food so the fries and cinnamon twists fell directly on a bare plastic tray. I asked if they had no liners and was told, no. Later I found my taco was only half filled so went to the manager for a new one; which he kindly supplied along with replacement fries on paper liner!! So in fact the first staff could have done this. Next customer after me suffered too. He asked for a slight customisation that they refused to accommodate — thus driving him to go elsewhere. I too would have left, had I not already paid. The staff would prefer to argue over trivial details, than get a good review :-
so shocked by how tiny the burrito was… all tortilla and no filling, even though I ordered the box! I’ve had taco bell elsewhere so I know this is not normal- been put off this branch.
Everything here is halal! I enjoyed the chicken quesadillas, churros, taco fries as well as the beef taco The service was great - I visited around Brunch on Sat and received a great welcome by the workers. They were very sweet and accommodating in explaining the menu to me since this was my first time! The order also didn’t take long! The inside was clean and not crowded. I also used the toilet afterwards which was also immaculate. I enjoyed Taco Bell and would totally visit again!!

Very slow service and severe lack of hygiene. The person making the meals is wearing gloves and using the same glove to answer the phone and take orders on the till! How is this hygienic!!! I visited on a Chelsea match evening you would expect their to be sufficient staff to take the orders and deliver the food however there was only 1 lady working…our food was delivery with a severe delay and incorrect fillings…avoid this place at all costs, the cross contamination alone from all the equipment touched together with our meals meant the food all went in the bin!
Selection takeaway, food wasn’t even close to the pictures. Everything very thin and tiny portion of meat. Overall very disappointing.
Hard tacos were good. Quesadillas were not true TacoBell standards compare to the USA TacoBell. I think they should seriously look into that. One of my favorite places and it’s sad to see it this way.
This is the worst place i don't eat meat i am pure vegetarian..i waited there for 15 min there card machine was not working after that the lady told me to do from the other machine i paid extra money in that at the last i got the worst food which i don't eat .Never coming back to this shop
Tl;dr: Don't waste your time here, there are better options in the vicinity. The long version: The place closes at 10:00 O'clock PM, but when we arrived at 09:00 PM we were told, rather aggressively, that we can't dine in and we con only take out. When we asked why, they said that it's because they started cleaning, in preparation for closing for the day. Nobody was really cleaning and they were still preparing food. This was simple laziness, so as to not having to clean the dining area after closing the store, and customer satisfaction not being a priority. As for the food itself, we actually waited 30 minutes to get the take out bag, since the woman at the counter hadn't noticed that it had been sitting next to her for around 15 minutes. Only when we asked her why our order was taking so long, did she actually consult with her colleague in order to verify that the paper bag next to her was our order. No compensation was offered and the food was already cold, but we gave up on trying to explain what customer satisfaction was. We ordered tacos and burritos. The tacos were ok, but the burritos were 90% tortilla and an abysmal amount of filling. This place is NOT recommended!
Food was cold not fresh,chips were already made and cold taco and wrap both cold even meat was cold, there was only one staff and manager was downstairs for half an hour,taste was not great I only ordered for my self £5.49 but not coming back.Food: 1/5
