I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and asked if I can change the liquid cheese nacho cheese sauce to shredded cheese. I was told there was no cheese on it, I pointed to the photo to show them that there was cheese and they continued to deny it, I received it soaked in both nacho cheese sauce and cheese, with “angel hair” written on the packaging… what does that even mean. Staff were blunt and not willing to assist in any way.
The guy working tonight was so incredibly rude. I’ve never experienced anything like it. He didn’t even listen to my order and kept speaking over me. Then he practically threw the food into my window without even saying a word to me or making eye contact. Surprise surprise the order was wrong.nnI asked for a double crunch wrap with beef, in a medium meal, with a Pepsi max. I don’t even know what this is or how he got this from what I said… The food is good here, but the service I got tonight was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere.
The front desk girl is fantastic. She took my order carefully and handed me the boss burrito in seconds. I loved it!
Ordered a $26 meal was charged $34, I thought they made a mistake and got me the $34 meal instead so I just accepted tha and didnt say anything. Got home got 2 small tacos and 1 wrap and 2 small fries, throw in the bag, so much sauce and mayo that is all I could taste, I threw half of it in the bin. First time there, never again, restaurant run by kids and the place was a mess.
Really impressed with the service at Taco Bell. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond. The food is what you would expect for an American chain - fast, decent serves and consistent. Staff are well trained, and the store is very clean. Great place for a late night feed. Very popular with the trendy teen crowd.
