nnAbsolutely unacceptable experience.nnOn 21 June at around 5:00 PM, me and my brother visited Taco Bell Annerley and ordered vegetarian tacos because I am Hindu and strictly do not eat beef for religious reasons. Despite clearly ordering vegetarian food, I was served beef. Discovering this was shocking, upsetting, and deeply distressing.nnWhen I raised the issue, the assistant manager on duty at approximately 5:00 PM behaved poorly and handled the situation unprofessionally. Instead of showing empathy, taking responsibility, and offering a sincere apology, I felt disrespected and dismissed. The way I was treated made an already serious situation much worse.nnServing beef to someone who specifically ordered vegetarian food is a major mistake, especially when religious beliefs are involved. The lack of care shown both in preparing the order and in dealing with the complaint afterward was completely unacceptable.nnThis was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I left feeling upset, disappointed, and with no confidence that this location takes customer dietary requirements or religious beliefs seriously. I cannot recommend this restaurant anyone who has allergies and vegetarian.
Had the worst experience here at Taco Bell tonight. I will never be coming back. Such a rude girl serving at the counter wearing glasses, didnt even finish ordering and she cut me off from speaking. After a waited quite a while for my food, my crispy chicken burrito came with no tomato or sauce. I had already had a few bites and took it back to the counter and said I’m just letting you know that this doesn’t have tomato on it, I’m not expecting a new one but the people making the food should at least be putting all the ingredients on it. She said back to me “okay” there was no sorry or anything. I know it’s fast food, but at-least be a bit nicer! There was absolutely no customer service. Then I notice what I assume is the manager sitting in the dining room with her friends. This place seems unorganised and whoever owns this restaurant maybe needs to keep a closer watch on the people on the close
Not a good experience at all, i ordered a meal and there was a big hair inside the foodnReally disappointed
When I compared it with GYG. I cannot see a variety plus the dishes were too doughy.nHad very less filling.nThe staff was so unwelcoming.nWhen we rang the taco bell no one even bothered to say thank you.
Our first Tacobell experience turned out to be a fantastic one!nnGreat value, price-to-portion was very reasonable.nnService was great! Smiles all over the shop.nnFood was tasty! Didn't expect the huge taco-wrap-dumpling-looking-thing to taste that good. Loved that there were chips or taco shells inside to give it that crunch.nnBut... I was quite upset with the unmelted cheese on the taco. Apparently it's always been this way. But it would taste 1000 times better with melted cheese. It's probably to streamline operations :nnAnyhow, we will be back for some burritos
