If I could, I would like to give them no star. I’ve been long time not having bubble tea from T4 because of topping. However, I got a cup of passion fruit tea with pearl today from my co-worker. Tea flavour was always ok, but the amount of topping was so less, literally finished all my topping within 3 sips. Not recommended at all if you like the topping. Nowhere else would give so less topping, only T4.
The bubble teas are always so delicious, and staff are always super friendly however wait time is pretty slow regardless if I order 45 minutes in advance from the app, but understandable since the store is always busy! And when I order extra pearls I still never get that much : Still worth it though! Just wish I got the same amount of pearls as I do from other T4 stores
Beautiful tea. Love the rose tea. I ordered double boba in the large teas and there seemed to be less than one serve in both. The boba was gone and still 1/3 of the drink left. Hard to search for them
Price hike is ridiculous. I understand the situation surrounding rising costs but so many other bb tea competitors have been able to raise their prices to a level that is still affordable for us customers. Also extremely slow service. Such a shame because I do like some of the teas there, but I definitely won’t be there as much as I used to.
It has came out early and if you like bitter taste then I think you should oder 30~50 sugar. It is pretty cheap compared to other bubble tea shops.
My first time I come to this place. When I arrived the place so crowded. People queuing until outside the shop. But amazingly the cashier super fast and very friendly. I try the new drink, they called it Amber Pearl Latte, for me the milk a bit overpowering and the pearl to soft. But maybe I order the wrong drink. Next time I will try their signature drink!
Great experience. Surprised to find such great bubble tea without having to head in Northbridge or a bigger shopping mall. Staff were extremely helpful, they suggested that 30% sugar might be sweet enough for the lychee tea with aloe. They were spot on.
Unsure what happened but the quality of the drinks I’ve ordered has changed I always order the same drink, not in a good way. Bring back whatever you guys were using back when you just opened. Was a regular customer.
Finally, tried the Taro Milk Tea for the first time. I have read quite a lot about Taro on the internet and also purple is my favourite colour. So, thought to give it a try. I would say it is really so good. It has kind of vanilla and nutty flavour and it is sweet. I would highly recommend it
