towards the beginning of december I went to purchase a christmas gift but had no idea what i was look at / for. I asked a staff member for help and they were both more than happy to show me products that i was looking for and in my price range. Although the store was receiving a delivery, the staff were still focused on us. They also offered us a gift wrapping service at the completion of our purchase which was wrapped incredibly! I can't remember the name of the girl that had helped us at the register / wrapping, but Harry helped us find the perfect gift! Great store, great customer service :
I buy all my tea from here. It's a nice shopping experience coming here. The shop is tidy clean well presented with a modern twist on a old item. You have a mammoth selection of teas. Plus numerous serving devices to choose from. They have a taste area for hot and cold teas and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable. A down side is that it is a little costly. However the products are of a high quality.
Top points for T2. Great gift ideas for my better half who loves your teas. Even the kids get into the iced tea over summer. Staff are helpful which is great because I usually have no idea where to find what I’m looking for. Really like how you get to taste the teas in the shop too. Found a few I don’t mind myself.
Very friendly service. Never purchased from here before, we were given instructions and a few samples of some tea we were curious about.we got 1 tea and a strainer. The tea is a bit overpriced but the quality is so much better than supermarkets.
Wow! Wondered around the whole shop and not even one hello or any acknowledgment at all! There was a girl in the centre table area and I even went right up in front of her then even looped the table but yet.. nothing. I’m lost when it comes to tea and was looking for possible gifts for someone so would of been nice to of had at least a greeting. I do intend to get a gift here at some point so I am not deterred in coming back but some customer service of some kind would be pretty acceptable
Such world-class service from all the team members. They took the effort to create samples for tea’s we wished to try and had a lovely conversation. We walked away very satisfied with our purchases.
