I'm not much of a tea person so I wasn't sure what to get and one of the workers there was so helpful. Went out of her way to make sure we got tea that we'd like. Paired what we like outside of tea with what we would probably like at the store and helped us find something personal to us.

Great selection of teas. Staff were super friendly and had a genuine feeling of happiness which really brightened my day. I walked out of the shop with some yummy tea and feeling very happy with my selection and purchase.

There are two shopkeepers, one of them really nice lady but the other one who is mid range bronze lady, I guarantee you she can ruin your whole business at least in this branch by herself easily. How?!  just the behaviours and the way she answers you. Maybe her father is the new king ‍ who knows

Very pushy with ad selling when you only need a product of your choice. Very pricey!

Best tea shopping experience this year! I went to T2 last week and the staff there provided an excellent service, they all greeted my friend and I when we walked in but did not further disturb us when we told them we were okay. The store is nicely decorated and has a unique scent.  Not every single items have a price tag which made the shopping a little bit difficult.  It’s great to see that they try to reduce the waste by asking the customer to reuse the sample cups, they made the tea look very delicious in the sample section.  One staff even prepared a sample that wasn’t on display for us, and that was the best tea I’ve tasted this year! Bought three tins in the end 2 Choc Molten Marvel Loose Leaf Feature Tin, 1 Paradise Punch Loose Leaf Feature Tin, will definitely come back and get more next time. But apparently the ones I purchased are limited edition, so I hope they will come back some day, please make choc molten marvel a permanent item I really loved that one. I did have problem with replicating the same taste the staff brewed in the store tho

Excellent customer service! I just pop out of the store , and this amazing lady Crystal was very polite, sweet and humble. What an amazing shopping experience I had . Keep up the good work. Definitely coming back soon

Excellent customer service - Peter! My family and I went to T2 Parramatta to choose Mother's day gift. Peter was so patient and nice to introduce the products and gift wrap them to us. I haven't seen such excellent service for a while in other brands. I even felt guilt, why I didn't buy more from Peter?!

Exemplary staff, phenomenal customer service, and a great range.

Can always find something I don't need but have to have. Either for myself or a perfect gift.
