Most unprofessional place I have ever been to, staff that work there are very rude especially over the phone. Each Go Karts speed is different which makes the race unfair (some go faster/slower than others). The owners child is extremely rude aswell and swears non-stop to customers. It is also way overpriced for a 30 minute ride ($50 each person), I also saw on their website on a Wednesday there is supposed to be a $1 a minute deal but when I called to double check she told me they were changing the policies and were not doing the deal in January, I think she just changes things at the last minute to make money. Another time I had gone there with one of my friends I checked the times on google to see that they were open, I later went there and as I got there and went inside the owner spoke very rudely to me and said "No we are not open" I said I had checked the times on Google and it said you were open she then said to me "No the times on Google are wrong maybe next time you should check our website" I was later confused why if she knew they were wrong why didn't she make an edit and correct them so people wouldn't do the same thing I did. Another is......... they are living in the back room! there are mattress's and kids toys all back there. Overall this is a very dirty place and I would rather drive a little further to actually have a good time and have a better experience. Please take my word and don't waste your $50 here... it is very undeserved to them.

Waste of time. Spent a decent amount of money for a 1 hour endurance race. A few go karts didn't work properly during qualifying but it was too bad and the unlucky ones got to spend the whole hour in a broken kart

Great value for money. The karts were a bit hit and miss. You either got a fast one or got stuck with a slow one. The track was good. I liked the high speed section across the top, coming into the two hair pins.

Lady at the desk was rude, arrogant and quite frankly a piece of work. Cannot believe she can justify charging that much and not providing at least minimum customer service and basic respect. Appalled and have ensured nobody I know will ever go back to this place. She also took my voucher so she received payment which frustrated me even more, disgusted to say the least.
