Clear and helpful communicators - Bronnie and Craig ran a practical, well designed and delivered one-off session for our group. My teenage daughter enjoyed it so much - she's requested to attend future Synergy Self Defence classes with her friends. Thanks for a fun, informative and effective workshop!

Just did Self-defence for Mothers and Daughters - my first time at Synergy. Excellent course, thoughtfully pitched for our particular group. Bronnie and Craig and their team know exactly what they are doing and are excellent teachers.

Wonderful gym, great workouts and community vibe. I love that there are no egos just hard work and lot of laughs!

Never a dull moment at Synergy! I have tried so many new things and made so many new friends. It can be hard stepping out of your exercise comfort zone but everyone is welcoming no matter what your fitness level and the trainers are fantastic! Thanks Synergy!
