I am 60 years old and rather than wait in the hot car, I came in with a friend. The guys behind the counter very rudely insisted I leave my handbag with them. I understand that people steal so I handed it over.nThen when I came back for it - it was on the FLOOR behind them, less than 1 metre from the entrance, where anyone could have helped themselves. I will never go in there again and strongly suggest you put bags in a safe space - you have an obligation to ensure my handbag was safe!
They made a mistake on the order and then accused me of stealing and demanded money, threatening to contact the police. When I responded with proof that THEY actually owed ME, the manager agreed, in writing, but had the audacity to still send me an invoice for the amount they claimed I owe them. Head office was unhelpful, the 2IC was unhelpful, the staff were rude, so I will never shop at any Sydney Tools store ever again, and I encourage everyone to avoid them like the plague.
Purchased an item 16 days ago for a job I had booked in. Job got cancelled and brought it back.nI was told I would be able to get a refund as soon as I walked in. Old buddy being the counter rang someone from “head office” and told me it was impossible as the 14 day period is now over. After being told it was ok.
Great service - thanks Frazer.nI didn’t know exactly the right tool to get for what I needed but Frazer was super helpful and even went and double checked with someone else to see if it was the right thing for the job. Appreciate the help!
The worst ever Sydney tools. Staff arrogant, little they know about their products. Gave me the wrong product then refused to take it back. As I progressed with my complaint the manager said ge will take them back, when I drove all the way back a second time, I found out that Jack is a liberal and Jared is another passive aggressive arrogant person. They are the worst ever. Liers about what works and what doesn't. They take your money and sell you the wrong item, then refuse to take responsibility for their misleading information. Poor standards or service and even lower professionalism. How disappointing, indeed.
