I went in last week to order the perfect surprise birthday gift for my husband. I knew absolutely nothing about carpentry or the tools required Thanks to the amazing service provided by Gabriel and Angelo I was able to put a smile on his face! They absolutely NAILED IT! get it! I would like to thank the boys at Sydney tools for creating the perfect combo kit! I highly recommend Sydney tools for both quality service and goods!
Nice customer service and very helpful promise nice job guys, so proud of your selling efforts. Especially when they serve their customers'repairing tools, you'll never get a right answer bk, that you won't remember what they said-- jst excuses then told u, it's been sold
This is based on customer service or the lack of.nThey said delivery time was 4 to 10 days.nWe now 21 working days and still no delivery. Don't call customer service because there is none.nOnly 1 reply to the several emails sent.nIt's like a robot or Automated response. Will not be purchasing from them again.nMany phone calls and emails to this company. Finally have a resolution.
Staff are always friendly and willing to help, they also provide plenty of advice and tips.nThere is a huge selection of trusted and reputable brands available. I always come in and end up spending longer and more then I original intended.nPlenty of parking available and often they help you carry and load your purchase, amazing customer service from they guys at this store.
bought a hammer drill in June. sent for repair in August. got it back in November and a day after i picked it up while i was trying to drilling found out that problem didn't fix. wasted me 3 months. went to the shop today asked for a refund or replace got refused. they even want me to buy another one and wait for it to be repaired. why do i buy something i can't even use? absolutely will bring this further to fair trading and ACCC
