Great service staff were super helpful store was super hot hopefully they get the ac sorted
Never ever bought anything from Sydney tools but went into North Parramatta store to return an item on behalf of a colleague. That was the worst behaviour from two of the staff members i have ever come across in my life. So rude, shouting, and disgusting.
The best tool shop that I have ever been to, they have everything and the customer service is 20/10, Jason from Sydney tools in north parramatta was very helpful and answered all my questions and made very good suggestions. He provided the best service I have ever received in a tool shop. Thank you for your help Jason.
Sent in my paslode framer to get reapired. 4 months later still nothing, they dont have an idea on how long it will be, been told “will be in on friday” for the last 2 weeks piss weak. Absolute joke
I was assisted by Elyas today. His customer service is top notch. Most helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!
