Sales staff were trying to charge more than ticketed price. No follow up on information regarding tools. The young fella out the back seemed more honest and helpful than the sales stall

I’ve had multiple interactions with Sydney Tools and unfortunately, a recurring issue is the lack of follow-up. Each time I’ve been told someone would call me back, it never happens. It’s frustrating when you're trying to get support or clarity on a purchase and you’re left chasing them up.
Just pick up couple of items off shelf, pliers ticketed at 70, till comes up to 120, would not honour tickets price advertised just gave a very well rehearsal of a speech how the prices can change instantly and its all there discretion, don't waste your time, untrustworthy silver tongue sales guys just out to fleece people
Staff were not overly knowledgeable, I left store went to another, asked Google then came back to make my purchase.nThey had a better deal than the other retailer but refused an extra discount for me sharing knowledgeable information on the products they sell.....
