Beware the big bad wolf...nnBought a socket set, ratchet didn't work straight away. Took it back within 2 days, Peter served me and said he'd sort it out, but had to talk to the supplier. Got a few emails through that weren't definitive or helpful, went back into store and Peter clarified that a replacement part was being sent with no ETA. I asked for a refund, he huffed and puffed and just couldn't sort it out. Said head office needed to sign off on it, after a phone call where they signed off on it, but needed an email!? More huffing and puffing, said to come back again.nnThird visit, asked for my refund, he huffs and puffs and still can't sort it out. Lo and behold, a coworker magically shows him how to process a refund in 30 seconds and I get my money back. Absolute incompetence, they've lost me. Avoid if you value your time.
