The staff at the counter couldn’t have been more indifferent. If you have a certain skin color, you might receive better service. While I waited in line for a simple click-and-collect order, the staff spent 15 minutes casually chatting with another customer. When I finally reached the counter, I was told I was in the wrong place and redirected to a back area, where another uninterested employee sat in the corner, glued to his phone. He barely acknowledged me before handing over my order with a dismissive, “Here’s a new set of screwdrivers for ya, mate.”nnTop-notch service. Thanks, Sydney Tools.
If I could give zero stars I would, returned a socket set because when I opened it, it was missing a piece, 6 weeks later, im still waiting because they refused to replace it and sent it for warranty
I don’t even waste my time going elsewhere anymore.nnStraight into the Bayswater store, get Michael Hodgson and you’re away with exactly what you need.nGreat bloke with huge amount of knowledge and experience, and a great all round attitude.nHas helped me on multiple occasions, with impeccable service.nnDead set legend.
I had a warranty issue. I had to wait 8wks and finally wave consumer law under the manager's nose. Suddenly, the problem was resolved in 24 hrs. So many of the reviews here say similar things.......no support or warranty service.
Called to see about a spare part. Guy seemed keen and said he would get a price and get back to me. Chased up a couple of days later and same guys manner was quite arrogant. Again said he would call back. Now a week later and heard nothing. Went elsewhere. Steer clear if your looking for any type of customer service.
