Jan is one of those awesome mechanics that has a passion for people, cars and wants to ensure everyone drives away happy. He's attentive, transparent and clearly communicates my options.  My VW Golf's water pump was on the way out at 110k, he helped squeeze me in to have that and the timing belt replaced before I had to leave for a drive up north. Checked the google review and saw a friend had been here to so gave them a go. Very happy with the communication and the car came back at the expected price for the service  with a few notes on things to look out for on the next one. Good friendly, round the corner mechanic and a good friendly price, exactly as I'd hoped.
