I have never experienced a company who over promises and under delivers like Sydney Painters. When challenged to try and get them to do some of what was promised I got yelled at then a dirty text to shove my building up my ..... Charming. They took 40% deposit and did 5% of the work. Now comes the legal fight. Shame.

Eric could not have been more charming when he first quoted and painted our apartment. However the quality of the job has been appalling. Less than 18 months after the work was completed, the paint in the laundry is completely peeling from the walls and the ceilings. When we asked Eric to fix his shoddy workmanship, Eric first claimed that the walls and ceiling of our apartment were cracked before claiming that our laundry was not properly ventilated (which is not the case). He offered to fix his work for $790, which is extortionistic given the small size of the laundry (less than 2m square). He has since suggested that the only way to resolve this is court. Beware and stay away from this company!

Their voicemail promises a call back in 15 minutes. I called and left a message three days in a row, and haven't received any return call.

Highly professional painting outfit. Very responsive when issued work with a very short turn-around time. Professional in regards to discussing any problems with works completed, and always happy to comply to ensure customer satisfaction. Excels at removing all trade waste, never leaves any mess behind and always uses high grade drop-sheets to cover up any objects. Would absolutely recommend them to carry out any work, large or small as their competitive pricing is always excellent.

Just brilliant. The team at Sydney painters were terrific all the way through from quoting to after care check up at our office in Sydney CBD. Their knowledge, attention to detail and flexibility made our painting job an absolute breeze. They were quick & always pleasant to deal with. Importantly they made the place look great! I would highly recommend using these guys.
