i had ask the staff to help me format my letters and they said they will send it to my email the day before but didn't , not sure who is the male staff  I spoke over the phone who was planing to help me format my letter as he didn't follow up the rest of my letters which he said he would. I didn't even get to preview it I had to view it on the day. I felt like it was rush. It would be nice if they said they will go by step by step explaining to me what they wrote about my profile but there was a few errors which they made which was not good communication skills from them at all.

They were disorganised and left things to the last minute, which caused a lot of stress.  They quoted $7,700 to finalise the matter but then billed for $11,000.

They went against instructions and lost a case that shouldn't have been lost.  Robert, the owner, promised a refund but he reneged and instead used the funds for an overseas trip.

Now we have to spend thousands more for an appeal.

The matter has been referred to the Legal Services Commissioner, which is another headache we have to deal with.

Do yourself a favour and avoid the headache, lawyers are supposed to make things easier, not more difficult.

Note:  All of the above is confirmed in writing, these guys are lawyers - if it wasn't the truth then they'd take legal action to have this review removed.

Extremely Professional Lawyers for your right choice! I had very severe case that looked hopeless. Robert, confidently presented the case, emotionally stated every fact that could be helpful and used all his knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome for me. The result was fantastic which I could never dream about. Thank you Robert! You are the Best!!! Also special thanks to Sam, who had been very skillful and helpful. He had been highly patient and supported us in every detail and to reduce a lot stress.
