Story

Sydney Community College is a not-for-profit social enterprise. We are providers of quality education and training and continuing education. We are also a Registered Training Organisation and providers of Government Funded education programmes. The College offers over 1200 classes a year in various locations in the Centre of Sydney and in the Inner West.

Was a lot of fun. Feel more able to throw some flowers together in a natural but deliberate way.  Could have been a little more compressed in time though! All said though, highly recommended!

Such an excellent course.  Liz was fantastic and took us through pattern design in both photoshop and illustrator.  Now I’m able to create my own pattern repeat and order fabric of my own design.  Thanks Sydney Community College, I just loved the course and recommend it to anyone wanting to design their own fabric.

I just finished a fantastic soap making course with the engaging and incredibly knowledgeable Shirlee. We all had so much fun and were proud of the lovely soaps we made! Fair price for two classes and all the materials. Highly recommend.

I just completed a Pattern Making course with Nola Doran and it was fabulous. For the first time in a long time my patterns fit perfectly.  I look forward to sewing all Summer then coming back for more courses.

Just finished a Woodwork Course for Beginners - absolutely loved it. Super knowledgable teacher with a great teaching style. Really good opportunity to learn a variety of related skills. 10/10 would recommend.
