Sydney Bar School provides fun, informative and vibrant training courses in our purpose built facilities in Sydney. We provide participants the very best opportunity to gain work in the hospitality industry.

Story

Training Course Professionals (TCP) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) formed in 2001. We offer a range of flexible training options to both individuals and companies. We work closely with small and large businesses, including government clients, to develop and deliver customised training specific to each organisation.

Our courses are delivered by fully accredited trainers whose industry-based knowledge and skills remain relevant to the various industries in which they come from.

Had Patrice and Tracey for rsa rcg, both trainers were exceptional and a much better option for one full day as opposed to two separate and more expensive courses through tafe. It's a long day but the quality training and inspiring stories from both made it worth it!

Not bad at all. I’ve been bartending for over a decade now. I like to keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry so I attend as many events, courses and exhibitions as I can. The instructor Ben was very knowledgeable and seems to have quite a bit of experience under his belt. Lots of history and etymology and he was happy to answer all my questions. The prac component was a bit short but overall and in comparison to some other courses this place was pretty darn good.
Tracey is an excellent trainer. Made the most impact for sure through stories that inspire responsible conduct for the future generation
Best fun ever!!! As you can see from my reviews, my new years resolution was to gain some more skills. I did a coffee course here and learnt coffee art, and got to drink coffee all day. One of the trainers told me they are doing a wine appreciation course soon - I hope its true, I'll go. They had music on and a great vibe!
Absolutely fantastic place, course packed with high quality information and training from expert cocktail maker Jordan who taught me not only how to make 6 classic cocktails, but also about the ingredients, tools and glassware. It was so enjoyable, informative and excellent value for money, I cannot recommend it enough! 10/10.
