I booked the First Time Pool Owner orientation, and I was so glad I did. The process was informative, and I never felt like I was asking silly questions. I understood the how and the why of every aspect of my new pool, and I have much more confidence going forward. I then booked a recurring service plan immediately after. Highly recommended!
I booked service at 24/1 and got the reminding message at 23/1. From 9:30 to 12:30 in the morning of 24/1 I rang them 4 times to confirm the service details and arrival time,no one give me any replies just let me wait and gave them time to check ,until the fourth time one guy gave me the technician mobile.But when I contact technician he told me that he can’t come today only next Tuesday. what a disgusting service they supply to me whose home is only 5 mins driving from their shop? And I am their old customer as well.
Had a great experience from the team from start to finish. Michael was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be booking another pool service again. Highly recommended.
After ringing a number of different pool shops for a unique part, Robert was the only one to source the part and order it for pick up on the same day. Every other shop 7 or 8 could only order it in 5 to 6 business days.
We went there to get a spare part for our cleaner and they were just trying to upsell a $2000 new machine to us. I do not understand how their rate could be that high. It totally does not make any sense.
Always friendly and helpful staff and quick service, even when very busy! Their advice on maintaining the pool is appreciated.
