I have been a customer of Swimart more than 10 years and have found quality service and advice from them. They supplied and installed a new pool pump, filter and new glass balls, also helped confirm a pool leak which was found and fixed by a specialist external firm. I have found them friendly and dependable to sort out any pool problem I have had and their fees are reasonable too.

I usually don’t review any business whatsoever but I am compelled to write a review . Your business is ripoff. You quote customers something and charge them more than double what you have quoted for. When I first engaged you to maintain my pool I was quoted $250 -400 instead I was charged appropriately $900. I was given so many unreasonable excuses. Then I stopped you from coming since January 2018 and now without my permission my credit card was again fraudulently charged approximately $500. I never gave your business permission to retain or hold my credit card details, I didn’t authorise anyone to charge my credit card either. In any case I wasn’t happy with the services that I was provided , reason why I stopped your business from attending my property

Thanks to the Swimart Aspley team for guidance and assistance in the renovation of our pool. Having our pool replastered required considerable management of our water chemistry after filling the pool. Scott & Ross helped all the way getting the pool right. The willingness to help made the process easy. Our pool now looks better than ever and is now easier to manage than ever before. Bill & Sherrill

Ross and Beth go beyond just a regular pool service, which is very thorough, by the way! We have been using their services for nearly 2 years and have always been happy with their promptness and great communication, especially when we need to address something.
