We have been very impressed with the team at Swim and Survival Academy. The staff are super-friendly and caring. They go the extra mile to create a fun learning environment that our three boys love. We have seen our boys rapidly developed their swimming skills and progress through the swimming levels. Highly recommended.
Swim & Survival Academy is the best place to bring your kids to learn to swim. The instructors make it fun for the kids, and the very nervous first timers are soon made to feel happy and relaxed in the water with their teacher. And if they aren't, then they don't push it, they just leave it until next time. I have put 2 kids through here, both through to squad level. I still have one in senior squad with only elite squad to go. He has an intellectual disability, but his squad coach, Lachie, seems to know how to get the best out of him. So much so that he represented his school in state level swimming recently and received a bronze medal in backstroke. Swim & Survival Academy is by far the best swimming school for kids from 6 months to 18 years of age. I can't speak highly enough of the teaching and all the staff there. Do your kids a favour and get them involved here. You'll never regret it.
We love Marshall. My son loves Marshall , his swim instructor. We can hear him laughing, giggling throughout the class. The amazing thing is that he is willing to put this head in the water now when Marshall encourages him, only after 3 lessons.nnAll other staffs are also great , very friendly and super helpful
We have been with SSA for a few years now after switching from another swim lesson provider. We couldn't be happier with the progress our daughter has made and the support she gets from her teachers and coaches has been second to none. Highly recommend!
These guys have been very accommodating with my two boys that go here. Probably not the most Autism friendly there is a lot that is going on at any one time but they have been very receptive and willing to work with us to try and get the best for our kids...nnParking can be a little bit of a pain on the weekend, given its location to the Minerdome...
