You are just a number and will be shunned and demoted if you have medically cleared days off. Your expected to do whatever job they want regardless of injuries relayed to them via onsite Physio says. And they will cut hours, and run the Room ragged. 13 years in the Meat industry and this is the place that got me out of it. Do not work here
Surprised to see the negative comments here however I haven't been to Swickers in some years. They still have the best bacon and pork as I occasionally stumble across it - winning. Lucky enough to be heading to the bacon festival and buy straight from vendor. I know the good work you guys have done over the years ie giving job placements to those in the community that are challenged either by illness or disability- so well done. Most certainly a company I have and will continue to support- I'm certain the negative comments have never been to Swickers
The absolute worst factory in its treatment of animals. Pure evil. Do not support this company with your dollars. The Australian government should be ashamed of itself and the heads of this company should be as well. Take legal action against those workers who mistreated animals. Just search for how these people treated pigs, kicking, shoving, torturing these animals. If there’s a God, this behavior will one day come around.
Work as a Contractor with the team at Swickers twice a year. The entire staff are extremely helpful and I thoroughly recommend Swickers as to how they engage with their 3rd party contractors. Special thanks to Kady, my main point of contact. Rick ATS Aspley
Some of the most cruel humans lives here , they are inhuman..... They are monsters ............ Hope God will bring justice and restore peace on earth............ But before God us humans have to action guys ,,,, let's protest against them , let's shut them up ............. This place must come to an end ,and we should be the first to do it .................... VILE COMPANY! Just Google "Swickers Kingaroy Cruelty" - and see what they actually do to living souls to make a profit. Makes me truly sick. Human kind at their absolute worst - bashing, torturing, killing another a being.
Workers are cruel to the animals. A pig that struggled to walk was kicked and beaten before having their throat cut right where they fell down. We criticised other countries’ treatment of our live export which is an absolutely disgusting practice in itself, but if we abuse animals in Kingaroy, we turn a blind eye to it. Shame on you.
Hope karma comes for all of you and your families!
This is a life blood for the area in the number of people it employes. After a huge fire it is rising up to be bigger and hopefully better for our lovely town.
