I enjoyed a delightful family breakfast at" Swell "over the weekend and must say that the experience was pleasurable albeit a little noisy on the balcony area but hey you get that.. Our food was good, the view impressive, and the staff attentive and polite. I liked the fact that I was greeted with a "Good Morning", and asked how I was on the day. Good manners are impressive and I would like to see more of them when I'm out and about. So overall our dining experience was great and I will most certainly be returning.

Love the spot at Swell. Staff are friendly, accommodating and attentive, the food is great and has a good range from family friendly through to higher value plates. The patio is gorgeous, overlooking the entire beach up and down the coast and well-protected with floor-to-ceiling windows, while also letting in a significant breeze if needed, so neither stuffy nor freezing. We also enjoyed the meal inside on our last visit. Fast becoming a favourite spot to dine, even though we have to drive 30 minutes to get there.

Can not recommend this place enough, great breakfast menu and consistent high quality. If you love good food and great service, this is a place to go. Everything we ordered from the menu was delicious. Coffee is great too. And the VIEW !!!! AMAZING btw they are open breakfast, lunch and dinner. Can't wait to go back for sunset.

Been to Swell a couple of times, once breakfast and today lunch. Great location right on the beach, amazing views. The staff are clearly passionate about service and make sure that everything is as perfect as possible. Food is good, looks and tastes fresh and definitely well presented. The salad at lunch today was very fresh, multi leaf and my wife loved every mouthful! I had an ice cold beer, served in an ice cold glass (perfect) my wife had a pot of tea, which she tells me was hot and perfect! The only think I can suggest to make our visit perfect for 'us' is turn the music up so we can hear the music and less of the chatter from everyone else. (This is an issue almost everywhere for us) They have a Sonos system so music shouldn't be an issue, just someone needs to monitor the sound level and adjust the music accordingly. I'd much rather hear music than chatter.

Amazing view Fantastic service Immaculate venue Best view in WA Took over an hour for Mains .. but was a Friday night ... Manager personally apologised and did not charge us for the delayed pizza. This was over and above Customer Service. My husband is in the Customer Service Business and was impressed with his sincere approach to our lengthy delay. Will definitely be back again because of their obvious and apparent consideration to customers.
