I would like them a zero if i could. They spoilt my baby shower! Never going there again. We ordered a tall 2 tier red velvet cake with roses on top. We placed the order with a staff member and she confirmed everything and they charged us a decently hefty price too! On the day we were supposed to pick up the cake at 12 and they called at 12.10 to say the cake isn't ready so come after your party has started at 1. The cake was only 1.5 tiers with no roses, in fact hardly any flowers on it. When my husband complained she kim repeatedly told him to get lost! Extremely rude and yuck cake! Spoilt my party! Never going there again & don't recommend it to anyone!
Over priced cakes. Order a drip cake it looked like an apprentice made it butter cream was sloppy and uneven, just looked like a slap up job! Not worth what I paid!

Baked cheesecake range is exellent.
Polite and friendly staff, great coffee, sweets and sandwiches!
