Fantastic and friendly staff, I was offered a sample, while she was busy with others, she put through my order quick. The OMG donut was decently sized, dough was thick and soft, yummy!
Best donuts ever !!!!!!!! Such a busy shop. I had to see what the fuss was about. So many great flavours to choose from. Started with the OMG which sounded amazing and was absolutely the best donut I have ever eaten. On my way home I couldn't help but get a takeaway Caramel Craze to enjoy at home. These guys know how to make great donuts. Keep up the great work !!!!
Sweet Freaks have made a great little doughnut place in South Yarra. Their doughnuts are fresh and so delicious, perfect for special treat. They offer exciting flavour combinations too! My favourite being the 'Vegan Lover'
Fantastic customer service and amazing doughnuts. OMG and vegan with strawberries are stand out favourites. Will be back to eat my way through the remaining flavours!
I was a loyal and satisfied customer until recently when an order from Sweet Freaks was delivered incorrectly. The donuts were stale and some of them were the wrong type, but this eventuated to be only the tip of the iceberg. I called the mobile number advertised and left voicemail's to receive no reply. I sent texts and left messages on their FB page, to no reply. When I went to visit the shop, they were frequently closed when advertised as open, so I was stuck as to find a remedy. Nobody wanted to talk to me and 3 weeks later I had yet to hear from them. Eventually I managed to find them open and discussed my concerns with the owner. He was evasive and then became rude, offensive and threatening. I was told that he didn't want my business. This is a real shame as the goods from here have been great before, but I won't deal again with a business that has service and ethical values this low. Buyer beware.
I have been buying donuts for a while now and they have been consistently brilliant. I even was given a complimentary donut for my birthday which was very kind of the owner. Great donuts, great service.
Amazing and colorful donut burgers with tempting ice cream! Yummm! And owner is really friendly! definitely come back for more
