I would not recommend using Sweet Art. We engaged Anthea to provide and deliver flowers and a cake for our wedding in January 2017, and we had a horrible experience. The service was bad from the start, with Anthea being late to an arranged meeting, not returning our phone calls, and failing to provide a complete updated quote until 5 days before the wedding (despite our requests for 3 months). However, we persisted because we thought that Anthea had a good reputation and would do a good job on the day. On the day of the wedding Anthea was late to the ceremony, and the wedding cake that she delivered was broken into pieces. As a result, the ceremony started late, leaving us (and all our guests) waiting for Anthea to arrive with the bridal flowers. When she did arrive, she was unapologetic about the fact that she was late to the ceremony. The staff at the reception venue were fantastic and were able to put the wedding cake back together temporarily (with no help from Anthea), but we had to cut it at the start of the reception (rather than at the end as planned) because it would not hold together. The cake was also tilted and it was obvious that it was broken. After the wedding day, Anthea was unapologetic and changed her story about why she was late to the ceremony. She would not respond to our emails, and we were forced to commence legal proceedings in order to recover some of the money that we had paid to her for goods and services that were totally unsatisfactory. Over all, we had a really horrible experience and would hate for anyone else to go through what we did.

I had a fabulous experience dealing with Anthea Leonard and her team at Sweetart. So so glad that i went to the Queen of Cakes for my 50th Birthday cake. Simply Spectacular!!!!!

Got a cake from here for my dad's 60th and it was absolutely incredible. We sent in photos of his car, ski boots, skis, surfboard and they created an exact replica. Not cheap but what an amazing present. My dad didn't want to eat the cake but it went off within a few days so we had too.
