The Swanbourne Business Centre is modern, friendly and highly efficient. More than that, it has a great ambience - which has a very positive effect on your working day. We've enjoyed well organised meetings and have been very happy with the secretarial support services. Good location, close to everything in Cottesloe and much better than going into the city. From time to time we need extra office space and this service offers an ideal solution - although it would be great for long term tenants too.

When I started business as a WordPress consultant I worked from home but sharing space and community with like minded people in a business centre has paid off. It's stimulating to share ideas and projects. My clients are more confident when offering me large jobs and I can work unhampered by home distractions. This business centre is a wonderful professional and friendly environment and Julia is always working to network us with each other and new clients. Also the natural environment is comfortable and healthy.

We needed temporary extra space for a 6 month project and found an ideal home with the Swanbourne Business Centre. Our firm, Ecotect-Architects, designed the re-fit of this business centre three years ago. We were very happy to see how well the eco-design worked and has contributed to the ambience. The offices are well sound proofed and with northern light they are ideal for designers to work in comfort. We were set up from day one with telephones, internet and modern furniture. Having security car parks under the building was an extra benefit. The centre is efficiently run by a supportive and friendly management who go the extra distance to help when something is needed quickly.
