For our town this is the most terrific and helpful health service we have! The receptionist ladies are incredibly helpful and accommodating the denists are magnificent and it always thoroughly clean, the assistant and denist work excellent with each other and are always really friendly! I have never waited longer then 10 mins to head into the appointment, Brilliant with children I have 3 that have been going there for 7+ years and every year that goes on I am so thankful!
5 months of excruciating pain and discomfort from dentures made by an individual who doesn't care about fitments or comfort. He just slaps a set of grandma teeth on the bench and the clinic takes the money no follow ups no nothing.His skill set is less than average at best as is his attitude and you would be well advised to steer clear of this totally inept uncaring person/facility. Thankfully there are true professionals out there that do care and have a brilliant attitude and experience to match.
Fantastic experience with my 3 year olds first dentist visit. Friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely attend again in the future.
Whilst the dentist and team were absolutely amazing, helping me through my complex anxiety, a special callout to EJ is a must. His artistry is stunning. Over the course of many visits, EJ was extremely professional, always listening, never preaching. His advise and knowledge was totally reassuring and I couldn't be more happy with the final result. Thank you again EJ and the team at Swan Hill District Health dental Services.
