Dahi puri had little to no dahi.. slightly disappointed.nThen the biryani was floating in oil. The food quality has has plummeted.nService was alright it felt as though the wait staff was forced on duty...
I had a fantastic experience at swagath grand where the food and service were both top-notch. We started with the dahi puri, which was a perfect mix of crisp, creamy, and tangy. Each bite burst with flavor — a great start to the meal. The tandoori chicken was the highlight: juicy, smoky, and perfectly marinated with traditional spices. We also ordered the chicken noodles, which had the right amount of spice and a great stir-fry texture — a delicious Indo-Chinese twist!nnThe staff were incredibly friendly, always serving with a genuine smile and checking in on us just enough without being overbearing. It made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. They even asked if we needed any adjustments in spice level, which was thoughtful.nnThe place was clean, the vibe was relaxed, and the service was quick despite being fairly busy. You can tell they care about both the food and the guests.Highly recommended if you’re craving authentic flavors and good service with a smile. I’ll definitely be back
The Mixed veg dosa was too spicy, but had flavour. WARNING DO NOT TRY THE SWEET PARADISE DRINK THINGY It had no taste and it was not tropical it was like a sweet drink with nothing. The Panner Butter Masala was mid- it was sweet, there was not much salt and it wasn’t spicy!! 2.5
Not sure why this place has such average reviews, all of the dishes we ordered were excellent and reasonably priced. Seems like there were about a thousand dishes on the menu, so we'll definitely be back to try some more.
I am extremely disappointed with Swagath Grand Glen Huntly. I ordered Kaju Mushroom, but instead, they gave us Butter Chicken! This is completely unacceptable. We are Hindu and do not eat chicken, but one of my friends unknowingly ate it. This is not just a mistake, it is highly disrespectful to our beliefs and dietary restrictions. Food businesses must take extra care in preparing and delivering the right items, especially when it involves religious sentiments. Such negligence cannot be tolerated at any cost. I will never recommend this place to anyone!
