I called SWAG Plumbing recently to fix a blocked toilet drain. Within a short time of my call, Scott from SWAG arrived to investigate the issue and after taking a preliminary look, explained what needed to be done, and provided suggestions to keep costs down, so that I could decide on the best course of action. He then proceeded to work on it, and after a while, was able to completely resolve the problem. I was particularly impressed with his prompt response and his excellent service. On top of that, his charges were very reasonable. Needless to say, the toilet is working perfectly now. I would highly recommend Scott and SWAG Plumbing without any hesitation. Thanks Scott!

My hot water system was no longer working. I contacted SWAG by text ,on Sunday afternoon. The response was within a couple of minutes and on Monday just after midday, my new hot water system was installed and heating! The old system was taken away too. Great, prompt service! Thank you.

Great work Scott! Very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He was checking the hot water tank within 1 hr on a Saturday evening, quickly identified the problem, and had the new tank installed by 9am Sunday morning!

We got SWAG in to install a Gas cooktop for us . Scott was fantastic , arrived promptly on time , very professional . Tested everything , great service from SWAG . They are local boys from the Hills . I would highly recommend SWAG. I found out they do other trades as well electrical , carpentry etc . If they are like Scott I will be getting them in as well . Scott was great, couldn't recommend a better plumber. He was early, fixed my outside tap and laundry sink quickly, and charged an extremely affordable price ( his call out fee is up to $90 less then a lot of the other plumbers I contacted.) Very professional and friendly, and respected my clean freak attitude haha! Thanks so much Scott!
