On 7th July we purchased two snack packets from this shop and though both had future expiry dates, was tasting bad like an expired product! Though we dumped one when the second one was opened, it was the same! Thought of returning at least this. I took the bill as well but somehow the bill got missed. Because I have registered my mobile at the shop and explained the details with the date, the guy at the counter today morning literally lied that the last purchase I did was in June!!nThough this small $ is not going to make any difference, three points to noten1. Selling a product of bad qualityn2. The guy at the counter literally lied that he could not see my last transaction.n3.What is the use of registering our mobile number and transacting if the entry goes missing?
On 07/5/24 I got all my shopping stuff back in the car i could check there was a garlic chutney i did'nt pick up. Went back to the counter and told them about it and they calmly took it back and got my refund. The chutney package was expiring the same day and i am quite sure i didnt pick it up. Not a great practice if they put it in my shopping items during billing while i was checking the ice creams in front of the counter and also billed me for it as they want to get rid of it. Hope this is taken as a feedback not to repeat such an occurence.
Good,well stocked shop,some good brand items not available,prices for certain items not competitive
Good place for indian groceries, prices are not the best, Its a one stop shop for Indian groceries.
