I've had my third car service here at Suttons Arncliffe and I find the service very good with friendly staff, The mechanic sends you a video report of what needs replacing or what is good with condition of your vehicle underneath,,example: brakes tires swing arms and suspension they tell you that they are going to rotate your wheels let you know the condition of your tires and brake pads show you new oil which would be going into your engine gearbox with new filters even the air conditioning gets checked out and filter replaced so they do a full complete service on your vehicle,, if there is anything that needs to be replaced the mechanic will call you and let you know and wait for your reply regarding that replacement part,, There is a good waiting room set up for you to be able to use your computer whilst waiting There is also coffee tea for beverages even a little child's playground within the premises,, your car gets a clean inside and out after the mechanic has finished servicing your vehicle,, I find these people very polite and friendly and would recommend them if you are thinking about having your car serviced by Sutton's Arncliffe in Sydney,, so thank you Suttons for servicing my car yesterday 10th of March 2025 superb job and we'll see you next year for my next service!!

Took my car for the issue leaking and moonroof. The service was excellent. We were contacted every step of the way. The staffs are very friendly and professional. The customer area is very accommodating. And Tony and Ali is very helpful when we came to pick up my car Equinox.
