I ordered two kebabs off Uber eats yesterday only one of my kebabs arrived I called the store and told them I was missing one of my kebabs they then told me that they didn’t have any orders under my name then I called back a second time and they said oh yes I made two kebabs and definitely put them in the bag . So they insinuated my delivery driver had stolen a kebab which I find to be very unlikely I didn’t want to argue about it with the man on the phone so I was quite polite and did not argue back I knew I would be in for a confrontation if I had said anything against what he was saying I felt I couldn’t even state my concerns about my kebab without confrontation so I hung up . My kebab was stone cold the meat completely bland so flavour whatsoever the bread was soggy not toasted and the sauce was unevenly spread throughout my kebab. For the top rated kebab shop on Uber eats I thought I would receive an amazing kebab. So after paying 44 $ for 2 kebabs I only received one cold bland kebab I was so disappointed and had to order from another store for my daughter as they left her kebab out . Really unhappy with this store completely lack lustre kebabs .
One of my least fav snack packs I’ve ever had, the meat was dried and low quality and it made me feel so sick. Chips were good though.
I have been going here for about 16 years. Used to be great. Now, it's ok. The pide is nice and the kebabs and chips are ok BUT the service here now is terrible. The guy who used to run the shop was great but on the last 2 occassions I have heard the young bloke on the till hurling abuse at people, and on the last occassion it was absolutely appalling. Abused this poor lady and really tried to intimidate her. Told her not to come back if she didn't like his attitude. I hope she doesn't go back, because I certainly won't be after that disgraceful display of staff behaviour. This was not an acceptable way to communicate with another human, let alone customer service!
Great food, lovely staff. Always have a good feed here. Pizza and Pide and kebabs all really great.
Really bad … I have gotten a few over the years not sure why I keep going back. But as far as kebabs go it’s awful.nDry, ingredient lacklustre rubbish.nnBut hey, maybe it’s traditional.nnI’ve had better, much better tho.nnMaybe toast the bread and throw a few something else in instead of meat jerky and sauce.
