My experiences when shopping at the Bairnsdale Sussan store have been consistently exceptional. Margaret and Susan assist in every way possible; they offer excellent styling advice, suggest items when putting together a wardrobe and are always friendly and helpful. Staff such as Margaret and Julie make a great difference to the outcome. This is a terrific store.
