From the moment we stepped foot inside, it could very clearly be observed that the furniture was extremely run down. There are bits of foam clearly sticking out of the booths. The wait time was around 30 minutes, and when finally given a seat, the food didn’t seem to meet safety standards. The chicken was raw, the squid had a weird texture and the dumplings were cold. The drink fridges seem to not work and when table water was requested a tiny little cup with an ice cube was given not even a bottle. When the bill was requested no staff member came to help us for another 10 minutes. When requesting for the bill a second time, the staff very clearly rudely ignored me. More time was spent waiting for the bill and in line than actually eating. Would highly recommend this place to NO ONE.
Waiters had poor English, hard to understand at times what they were saying or trying to pronounce. Customer service skills were dismal, very minimal to little no greeting When walking in the establishment and no thank you for your business when we left. Chicken was dry. Overall made the experience very average not worth it in my opinion.
First time coming here and visited for lunch. Service was very friendly and efficient. The food was quite good. I would've liked a bit more variety on the actual train itself to save time instead of having to order but the quality was good and it was replenished quickly. A good range of beverages as well.
me and my friend went there on Monday and there was quite a bunch of people lining up so I waited. I told one of the male staffs with short curly hair about we wanted a table for two. He looked at me and just walked by. I have been waiting there for like 5-10mins when there were so many empty tables. Another female staff came and just led us to those empty tables. That male staff wad being so rude and he just sat on the chairs and slowly tidy up the other tables. Good food but very bad service
Many variances of the sushi. Reasonable prices. Just don’t like the cashier, not friendly. Other staffs are so helpful and friendly.
