Staff are friendly and helpful. The food was expensive and tasted like it had been sitting on the conveyor belt for way too long. Also was surprised and shocked to see them using what looked to be disposable plastic covers for the sushi. Come on sushi train, this is 2022, not 2002! Better go somewhere else and order freshly without the toxic waste.

This is my first time and not impressed at all!!! We had the dinner around 7 pm. Waitress staff really rushing you to take order drink. Even you didn't sitting down properly yet. We wanna see the drink list first before order. Staff lack of communication. If you order food over the App. They will not check your order properly. We ordered two bottles of water. We got only one. We ordered hand-roll but we wait more than 5 mins. None of chef prep our food. Everyone, so rushing to clean the kitchen and wanna go home. We are normally have Sushi Train in Sutherland branch. They are more professional and service mind.
This is not a good example of a Sushi Train. It didn't seem clean, it's a really tight seating arrangement and the food wasn't as high quality as I was expecting. The "sushi" was mostly different varieties of chicken schnitzel and rice. I was looking for some fresh salmon or some tofu and vegetable rolls. Nothing like that available. They had some cold rolls and some rubbery dumplings though. Meh. It's expensive and didn't have the dishes I wanted. Not great.
Great variety and quick service for five people. Well fed for just over $100 is a good deal. Will definitely visit again.

My favourite Sushi Train. The food is always fresh and plentiful with lots of variety. Delicious and my favourite quick bite in Cronulla. Highly recommended.
Great sushi and sashimi at this Sushi Train! Busy but you never have to wait too long to get a seat. Good choices available and the team will make things that you ask for as well which is great. Definitely a sushi place worth visiting!
Fun and relaxed plus great food. No waiting and friendly staff. Open long hours 7 days
Best sushi in Cronulla but the price is a bit high, especially when it’s on the delivering apps, so it’s only had as a treat for us. Not wheelchair accessible either.
